Credit report

Hello.  I’m reaching out on an old account that was closed back in November 10th 2022.

i noticed on my credit report back rhen to missed payments.  Back then someone called asking why i was late and i told them that i was in the hospital with my daughter.  

if it’s all possible that those 2 missed payments that were paid and the account paid in full can be removed from my credit report please!
