Credit Card not charged

I purchased a Dell AAT2250 (awesome) on 7/10. I received it on 7/17, instead of the 7/23 delivery date. Not only has my VISA not been charged, the balance has not been lowered. I have contacted support via email, and received zero reply.

This is your problem to fix and I'm putting this on record here. I have contacted support. What did that accomplish? Nothing.

The problem has been fixed, which didn't take too long, and it was fixed the day the computer was scheduled to arrived (it arrived the "17th"). Ain't complaining about receiving the computer 6 days before expected. I pay credit cards in full and do not like charges hanging over-my-head. Most wouldn't care, but I'm not most. 

I have had Dell computers since Pentium Pro days, and they have all been incredibly stable. If I had to be frustrated with customer service for a few days, it's a suitable trade-off to a computer I trust. 

I came here first. I still don't know if my Service Tag and Express Service Code will be recognized.
