Courier DP World, problems

Hi,

I bought a laptop from you but your courier DP world seem incapable of providing a delivery time slot so I know when to expect the package.  They also seem incapable of pressing the button at the front door of my supported living place (I’m autistic) so staff can receive the parcel for me. Three times they’ve claimed they’ve attempted delivery but I’m not home. Today they claimed to have tried at 10:05 yet none of the staff were aware of anyone at the door. Nor did anyone see a van drive up.

This isn’t good enough. Evri, DPD, Amazon etc have had no problems delivering to the supported living facility I live at yet DP world can’t even do the basics.
