Corporate Number needed - customer service lacking
Hello all,
I was wondering if anyone has the number of the corporate office? I recently purchased a laptop that does not perform to my expectations. I submitted a request for a return that was accepted. An email was sent with a return label, but when I tried to print it, it just said that an error has occurred and to contact customer service.
After contacting customer service, they said they could not send me another return label because the window for returns has now closed, even though I've only had the laptop in my possession for less than a month. I initiated the return after 3 weeks.
Laptop purchased Feb 20th, did not ship until Feb 26th, and not received until March 6th. Return requested March 27th. How can they stick me with a computer I don't want and can't use just because the shipping label didn't print?
It was okay to return it 10 days ago, but now it's not? Really need to get this resolved so I can save the trouble of denying the charge with my credit card company.
