Consolidate Gift Cards
Dell's customer care team is awful! You simply cannot talk to a person - every phone prompt will direct you to their chat agents or website and then people monitoring there do not help.
I have been simply trying to get help with a simple consolidation of gift cards in to one - so I can use the funds towards a Dell purchase.
After spending hours being run around by 10 different Dell teams, I was told it wasnt an option to consolidate gift cards - which according to Dell's own website isnt true since they claim this can be done by talking to a customer service rep.
It should not be that hard to consolidate gift cards into one or allow us to use more than one when purchasing on your website.
