Complaint
I have been liaising with Dell Support for the last month, spending easily over 20 hours trying to resolve an issue with real time audio. They have been unable to resolve it, and I would like to make a complaint and look to return my PC under warranty. Using the machine for music was one of my main purchasing reasons, and despite having a spec that should deal with it and then some, it doesnt. And support are proving unable to resolve the issue, so the machine is now largely useless to me. Very disappointing considering what I paid, and the specs purchased.

The warranty doesn't cover returns. If the system is less than 30 days old and was purchased in the US, you can return a system that's unsatisfactory for any reason. If it's older than 30 days from shipment, that's no longer an option.
