Complaint

I have had a problem with a laptop, since I bought it months ago, which makes it unfit for the purpose I bought it.
I always have to chase "customer service" and they now haven't replied to me for weeks.
It needs replacing but I think I would prefer a refund so I can buy from someone else.
I cannot find a complaints email for Dell and so I am going straight to the ACCC now.
Maybe they can get you to do something
