Complaint ridiculous service from DELL

I placed an order Friday last week for a hardrive from DELL, due for delivery Monday 19th, i have wasted 3 days trying to find where the order is.  DELL sends to DP who in turn sends to DHL to deliver but you can never speak to anyone that confirms exactly where our order is.  Not impressed with this service and now from DHL aparently our order was trying to be delivered to an industrial site where we are not based.  I need an email address from DELL please to put a complaint through and also ask that you DELL collect the harddrive as we needed this today .  Regards really annoyed customer who will not be using DELL service again.
