I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the Dell Inspiron 14 laptop, which I have been using with utmost care and in accordance with all recommended guidelines. Unfortunately, I recently discovered that the laptop's hinges have broken, which appears to be the result of a manufacturing defect. I have come across several similar complaints from other Dell users, suggesting this is a recurring issue. It is disappointing that loyal customers are bearing the cost of such defects and facing unnecessary inconvenience. I kindly request that you look into this matter and take appropriate action to address the issue.
