Complaint Regarding Hard Drive Damage within 4 Years of Purchase

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the premature failure of the hard drive in my Dell laptop/desktop(Model: [Inspiron5518]).
I purchased this system on [08/07/2021], and within just four years, the hard drive has become damaged, rendering the device unreliable for regular use. I had expected a higher standard of durability and performance from Dell, considering its reputation for quality and reliability.
This early failure has caused significant inconvenience and potential data loss, despite the fact that I have maintained the device with proper care and regular usage. I believe such an issue within this timeframe indicates either a manufacturing defect or substandard hardware quality.
I kindly request Dell Services to look into this matter urgently and provide a suitable resolution, such as a free replacement/repair of the hard drive or any other appropriate support under your service policy.
Please find attached the invoice copy and service tag details for your reference. I would appreciate your prompt response to resolve this matter at the earliest.

Dell does not provide hardware once the purchased warranty has expired. The purchased warranty expired 3 years/25 days ago on August 16, 2022. You will need to purchase another SSD.
