Complaint (Email Contact) [UK or International]

I'd like to file a complaint with DELL.

Any attempt to find an email address via the internet leads me to support or sales pages.

I'd be grateful if you could provide an email address that I can contact DELL on - this will in turn allow the nature of the complaint and DELL's response to be logged.

I do wish to call a freephone number - I have spent far too long trying to resolve this issue and don't wish to waste further hours on the phone being passed from person to person and having to explain the nature of the issue again and again.

Thank you for your help and time.

Dell does not currently offer email-based complaint handling. If you need to contact Dell Customer Care, the best way to do so is through Dell’s official channels.

Important:
To receive a response from a Dell agent here in the Community, please create your own post here in the Customer Care board by clicking 'Start a Discussion' at the top of the page. Agents do not monitor or respond to replies within existing threads.

Once you’ve posted, Dell agents will typically respond via direct message, so be sure to check your Community inbox or the email associated with your Community account for updates.

Thank you for your reply.

I've been a DELL customer for nearly 20 years - more fool me for doing so. Any repair makes my current DELL computer worse, conflicting information from repair guys and customer service reps who can't either be bothered to reply or follow up attempts to communicate. This all done while under warranty.

My favourite comment from a repair guy was "I'm surprised they haven't given you a new one - once you open it up, it goes downhill from there"

How should I then contact DELL to register my absolute disgust at their customer service and products?

Bluntly put, it's a <Profanity is never allowed on our Forum. DELL-Admin> disgrace.

EDIT: And I ask for an email contact for a paper trail.

A profanity was not included in the message nor on your forum. It's called a grawlix and used to replace one. It's a form of censorship to avoid situations such as these. If you do not accept or understand that, then there are many seven letter words that begin and end the same.

<False. Using characters to circumvent our profanity filter is still using profanity and not allowed. Everyone knows what you meant to say. DELL-Admin>

However, great to see that my message has been read. Maybe now, you'll actually follow-up on the complaint or direct to someone competent to deal with it.

If not, let me rephrase:

You've consistently provided poor quality service to repair a high-end DELL laptop that was under warranty.

Attempts to contact Customer Service have been ignored or I have repeatedly been transferred and then cut off by your system.

Any repairs have not resolved the issues and they still existed when my warranty expired. Attempts to renew the warranty have also been ignored.

As mentioned, an absolute <insert word of choice here> disgrace that reflects the sub-standard product and service the company provides. Your own employees were surprised by the company's actions.

The issue has not been resolved and I'll continue to post until it is acknowledged and fixed.

My sincere apologies for breaking site rules - I wouldn't have done so if I had known.

Do I know get an apology from DELL or least the means for my issue / complaint to be resolved?

Eagerly looking forward to your reply.
