Complaint email address-Unacceptable Support Experience
I have been using dell pc since 2010 (Inspiron 1420). Up until now, any software issue I faced, I solved it myself. In my current laptop, which i bought less than a year ago, I am facing some hardware issue and tried to chat with customer care. I have chatted for more than 4 hours. Never in my life I could think that dell would keep/hire such incompetent person for this job. The whole conversation made me just angry. This kind of service is unacceptable. I want to raise this issue to upper echelon of dell. I couldn't find any email address to do that. does anyone know any email address where I can provide detailed issue?
