Comenity has RUINED my credit

I was on automatic draft prior to the switch and NEVER had an issue.  My payments were always on time and making additional payments was easy.  Once they switched, I noticed I had missed a few payments so I contacted dell and was informed of the transfer.

I contact comenity, and informed them that I was unsure of my account number, so I could not create an online account, but would like the information.  I have yet to receive the information (almost a year now).  While on that call, I enrolled in automatic payments, well at least I thought I did.  Apparently, they shut them down after three months and I'm supposed to call back and reenroll-EVERY THREE MONTHS.

Why? Other than intentionally wanting to be able to charge late fees and increase interest rates, would you create a system that is so hard to navigate?

I had to order physical checks just to be able to make payments to this company.  How absurd is that?

Other than this one account I am blessed to say I'm debt free-and every times I move an inch, they somehow create a new way to cause me strife.

Please consider a new partnership.
