Cleared customs but no update yet despite expedited shipping?
Hello,
I ordered an XPS 14 and paid extra for expedited shipping. It had been processed on 10/9/2024, and was expected to arrive on 10/11/2024. But it then got stuck in customs and its delivery date had been postponed to 10/14/2024 around noon. The UPS tracking says it has cleared customs on 10/13/2024, but there still has yet to be updated on whether or not it will be delayed or if it will even be shipped out. I paid extra for the laptop to arrive as soon as possible, and want a refund as it continues to be delayed. Can someone please help with any updates or receiving a refund for the expedited shipping?
