Chaos with order, has not arrived
I was supposed to receive my laptop on Monday. Dell CS haven't a clue why it hasn't arrived and UPS tracking is rubbish saying it was delivered then back to the hub. Even CS at dell don't know what to make of it. Dell customer service is absolutely appalling and they won't call you back for an update. One or two CA agents in particular are very bad and refuse to put me through to team leaders and escalate the situation. Nobody calls back and now I am told I might get my order 3 days late. I am now sick and tired of all this, nobody at Dell cares.
I am so close to cancelling the whole thing and asking for a refund as I haven't received my order when states.
Also for some reason the warranty starts from the invoice date and receipt of delivery which makes no sense to me! Why doesn't the warranty start from the date of delivery?

Is it because I was complaining about a bad experience With Dell? Will this also be deleted or is this an open forum for discussion?
