Changing account email
Hi Dell Support,
I’m a college student currently in the process of transferring schools, and I will soon lose access to my current school email address (the one associated with my Dell account). I recently purchased a Dell laptop and still have active warranty coverage tied to this account.
I’ve been researching how to update my email address, but it seems that changing the account email may result in the loss of order history and warranty/support information. I’m hoping to retain full access to my purchase details, warranty status, and support resources after switching to my new email.
Can someone from the Dell team assist me with updating my account email while preserving my full order history and warranty information? I’d really appreciate any guidance or help with this.
