change the region of the account

I am in UK and I accidentally entered Dell US website and verified the student status there. When I realized this and I came back to Dell UK website, I found that I cannot use the student discount because of the region issue. I tried to cancel the student status and re-verify it on the UK website again, but didn't work. How do I change the region of my account to UK?
