CCC Certification required Urgently

I need a CCC certificate for the latitude 3550 - we have purchased 100's of this laptop I have requested this certificate to both  Product_Compliance@Dell.com and Regulatory_Compliance@Dell.com multiple times . This is now causing major issues to the point I will look at and alternative product.
