Can't return a defective $800 computer!

I've been trying to get a replacement for a computer that keeps shutting down for the last week and cannot get a proper response from Dell for this. If this was Amazon I would have had the issue corrected within minutes. For some reason with Dell, you can't contact anyone who can help with this! I've been buying from Dell for 20 years for my IT clients and I'm ready to give up you. It's just unacceptable!

The return period on a new system is 30 days - is it older than that?
