Can't get a warranty repair for my m17 R5 even though I have valid premium support

I have Alienware m17 R5. It was bought in China, but at the moment I live in Georgia (country next to Turkey). It broke down a while ago. When contacting support, I was offered to contact the Georgian DELL distributors on my own. I did it, but they refused to help, saying that they were repairing equipment bought only from them. When I contacted support again, I was told that in this case it would not be possible to fix the laptop inside Georgia and offered to contact the service center in another country on my own, negotiate with them and send them the laptop. After another call to support, they recommended that I leave a request here, saying that perhaps you can help. To be honest, I'm a little afraid to solve these problems on my own (without DELL support) and send a laptop somewhere, because this carries understandable risks that I will have to take on myself. Besides, I'm surprised that the company can't help me in any way, leaving me alone with the problem, even though I have valid international premium support. In this regard, the question is, is there any way to fix a laptop in Georgia? And if not, can DELL fulfill its obligations and take over all the operations to repair this laptop and deliver it to the repair site?

The system warranty is in China -- I don't think you'll find it can be transferred to a country where Dell has no corporate presence.

You'd need to return the system to China for repair.
