Can't Extend Warranty and Nobody Helping

I am writing to report an issue regarding the warranty extension for my Dell G16 7630 laptop.
My device’s warranty was set to expire on July 28, 2025, and I contacted Dell’s authorized service partner on July 22, 2025, to extend it before the expiration date.
Unfortunately, they did not respond until July 29, one day after the warranty had expired.
They informed me that they were waiting for a price quote from abroad. The price was only provided on September 26, and even though I was ready to pay on October 8, I could only receive the payment information on October 15.
I made the payment immediately, but my warranty has still not been activated. 
Now, when I power on my laptop, there is fan noise and keyboard leds are on but screen is full black, and can't do anything. I can't open BIOS even.
Now I have been told that the warranty extension cannot be processed anymore so they will return my money.  
This situation has caused me financial loss, as the repair cost will be significantly higher than the warranty extension fee.
I can't find anybody from dell to talk. They just give me the same link and I can't find someone over there.
