can't buy online without a mobile phone to receive a text

i can't buy online without giving the one-time passcode sent to a mobile phone during checkout as bank verifying payment .  I don't own a mobile phone only a land line incapable of receiving texts.

does not appear to be other ways to buy, no other options available
