Canceled order

I don't understand why my order is canceled. I have checked with Dell Pay, they have the charge on my account but the unbelievably unknowledgeable customer service with Dell will only say, its been cancelled check with Dell Pay....I have gone round and round for 2 days. I should not have to beg to get the taken care of.

@DELL-Cares​ I tried to reply to the private message regarding this but it was closed. The pending charges are still showing up on my credit account. Please check on this. Thank you!
