Broken monitor, keyboard, headset issues
Hi,

I have received the PC from my order as detailed Upon it and attempting to set it up, the process difficult due to very poor setup instructions, and multiple online links that lead nowhere.
I have encountered the following issues:
1. One of the monitors broken. There is a crack on the lower right side, as shown in the attached images, both when switched on and off. It is the monitor without the camera.
2. The keyboard does not work. I have inserted the batteries provided, it still will not turn on.
3. The headset appears to be used and is not in new condition. The box seal was broken, and the headset has scuff marks on it.
I extremely dissatisfied, having spent hours trying to navigate your setup instructions and attempting to contact customer support regarding the damage. This email address appears to be the only way to reach you.
I would like an urgent call back, please. I have work to do and this has taken up the better part of yesterday afternoon and all morning.

thanks for absolutely nothing... i note that there is no way to find a complaints email address for your company online... would i dare say that you would condescend to provide that when you dont want to help me?
