Broken hinge Problem

I own over 20 laptops from your brand, and I'm beyond frustrated. Out of those, 6 laptops have had their hinges break—a completely unacceptable failure rate.

Is this how your products are supposed to work? Clearly, there's a serious design flaw, and now, conveniently, all of them are out of warranty.

So tell me—what am I supposed to do now? Just throw all these expensive machines in the trash? This is ridiculous. I expect a proper response and a real solution, not silence.
