Broken Headband on Dell WL7022 Headset

Dear Dell Support Team,

I am writing to request assistance regarding a hardware issue with my Dell WL7022 wireless headset. The headband of the headset has broken, making it difficult or impossible to use the device properly.

Here are the relevant details:

  • Issue: Broken headband (physical damage, not due to misuse)
