BIS certificate required for some products to ship in India

Hello,
We have been trying to export Dell equipment to India for 2 months but we have not managed to obtain the BIS certificate and the e-waste certificate requested. How can we do this?

Products concerned: DD6410, PowerEdge R660, PowerEdge R660xs, vSAN RN660
