Billing issue, unknown annual fee
I’m reaching out because I’m being charged an annual fee that I don’t recognize or understand. When I log into my account, not only is my laptop not listed, but there is also no credit card information stored—yet I’m still receiving charges.
I attempted to resolve this through the chatbot, but unfortunately, that was not helpful and left me with no resolution.
Could someone please assist me in getting this issue sorted out as soon as possible? I would appreciate any help you can provide.
