Best Internal Technical Team Ever
I lodged a complaint to customer service for my 2 months old Dell Pro Slim Plus with Ultra 7 265 processor for the occasionally graphic glitch and black screen.
The problem still exists after reset the PC twice, as requested by the team.
At the end, they replied that:
"I understand that you’ve reported issues with the display, and I want you to know that we’ve thoroughly checked with our internal team. They reviewed all the videos you shared and confirmed that the system is functioning as intended."
I am writing to give compliment to the team, as this is the first PC I got with such exciting graphic glitch feature intentionally designed in the system to end user.
