Bad service by dell service centre Patna

I never expected such poor service from Dell’s authorized center, but Skypro Technology in Patna completely shattered my trust. Dell needs to take responsibility for their authorized service providers!

🔴 How Dell’s Authorized Service Center Trapped Me 🔴

1️⃣ First, they claimed my laptop had an LCD issue and replaced the screen.
2️⃣ Then, they said the motherboard needed repairs—I paid again.
3️⃣ After that, they told me the motherboard had to be fully replaced, costing me even more.
4️⃣ Within two months, the same issue returned!

💰 If Dell’s service center had done a proper diagnosis and given me an estimated cost upfront, I could have bought a new laptop instead of wasting money on endless repairs. But they trapped me in a cycle of unnecessary expenses.

📍 The service center is far from home, making it even harder to deal with this situation. And now, Dell is silent on this mess caused by their so-called "authorized" service provider.
