Awful delivery arrangements

The message I received today; Your Dell Order is scheduled to arrive between 08:00 and 18:00 on the 09/09/2025.Please arrange for someone to be there throughout this time - as we cannot be more specific about the time of delivery.As your order is already on its way we regret it's too late to change the following details:1. delivery date2. delivery address3. order detailsYou can track your package, simply by clicking on the following link: 
I have looked on the tracking it gives no information and you are unable to contact them.
 I have a Medical appointment tomorrow that I need to attend and do not have anyone 
I can leave at my home while I am out. I have neighbours but they also can't be in all day
 and there is no way of letting the delivery company know this information.
 What happens if I am out?
 This is the worst company I have encountered for bad delivery service.
