AW920H Headset Left Hinge Broken & Battery Health Issue

Hi Dell Team,

I bought an Alienware AW920H headset <Private data removed from public view. DELL-Admin>, and the left hinge has broken off suddenly. I can’t wear it anymore.

Also, the battery only lasts less than 2 hours, which is much shorter than expected.

Please help me repair or replace the headset under warranty. Thank you.
