AW3423DWF, Amazon, issue with the support services

So I ordered a monitor (AW3423DWF) from Amazon, and on the listing it says that the item comes with a 3 year warranty.

Now, when I checked the dells support, it says that there is an issue with the support services.

No other options to reach Dell out but to call them. It's Friday night where I am at so I am now left with nothing but to wait til Monday. So while waiting, I would like to know what causes this message? Am I messed or Dell could possibly help me?
