AW3423DW, 2nd replacement Service Tag not recognized

I’m trying to contact support to replace my Dell monitor under warranty, but it says the service tag doesn’t exist and therefore I’m unable to do so.

This is a replacement I got after an RMA a couple years ago—neither service tag (original or current ) works. Is it possible the replacement service tag was never activated?
