AW2725Q, Singapore purchase, now in China, international travel support inquiry

**The issue:**
Low-frequency, continuous humming clearly audible in a quiet room. The symptom matches Dell KB 000198740 ("Dell OLED Monitors Have Fan Noise"), which explicitly lists the AW2725Q.
I performed self-diagnostics through the OSD service menu:
- Disabling the fan completely eliminates the noise
- This rules out coil whine or other electrical components
- The fan is confirmed as the source
**My situation regarding Travel Support:**
I'm a Chinese national who was studying in Singapore on a Student's Pass and purchased this monitor during my studies. I've recently traveled to mainland China.
According to Dell's official "Dell Support when traveling internationally" page (visible on multiple regional support sites including Dell SG and Dell CN), Alienware customers in mainland China can apply for International Warranty Services by providing:
1. Proof of purchase
2. A passport with valid visa documentation showing travel between Singapore and China
I have both available:
- Singapore purchase invoice
- Chinese passport with a valid Singapore Student's Pass and recent entry/exit records
