AW2725Q, missing Bonus Dell Rewards

Hi, made a monitor order (AW2725Q) during the 3x 9% dell rewards promo. got the original 1x 3% dell reward points but am missing the extra x2 6% reward points i was promised during this promotion.

I made another order 1-2 weeks ago and got the full 3x 9% after it was shipped right away, so wondering why I didn't get it all at once like my older order.

Can someone please PM me to resolve this issue so I can use my full reward points to purchase another monitor as soon as possible as I need it for work?
