They said that there would be no repair or spare parts in any way, and that there would be no replacement, it had only been 2 months since they bought it Can you help me with this, I want to repair or change, I didn't get any support from dell turkey I have been writing for 10 days, they direct me to the distributor company, they cannot find a solution I trust Dell company, please help me, it was damaged as a result of the earthquake and for reasons beyond my control

Until you may receive any response from Dell, just want to share some information relating to Dell monitors service and coverage.

Dell Turkey was correct with information they responded.  Dell does not provide monitors repair service, only replacing the monitor under warranty coverage.

The warranty terms for accidental damage protection do not cover damage due to fire or natural disasters.  See example from Global Dell ProSupport.

Examples of accidental damage where the hardware unit would be repaired or replaced include:

• Liquid spilled on or in the unit
• Drops, falls and other collisions
• Electrical surges
• Damage or broken LCD due to a drop

Examples of damage where the hardware unit would not be repaired or replaced include:

• Damage due to fire or natural disasters
• Intentional damage
• Normal wear & tear
• Cosmetic damage
• Consumable parts (ex. bulbs, toner)
• Theft

It's been 2 months since I received the product. And I've been through this for reasons I can't control it, the only solution is to buy a new one or pay as much as a monitor for repair?

So if I had dropped it myself, they could have helped if I had pro support

That's correct.  You may have better chance to file claim with DASK or through private home insurance.

Dask does not cover electronic products. <Violation removed. Read the Forum Code of Conduct. DELL-Admin>
