AW2725D, missing rewards points
I recently ordered the AW2725D and was wondering how I can claim my rewards points? When I signed up, the website said that new people temporarily earn 3x (9%) rewards points but I don't seem to have any when I checked. How can I get this fixed?

Hi,
You need to first sign in to your account using the registered email ID. Once you are logged in, you can add the product to the cart via the Dell website and proceed to the check-out page, where you will have the option to redeem the rewards.
We would request you to kindly contact the Dell Sales team via the link or call at 1800-88-2888 (between 9am to 6pm) and they can assist you with redeeming the rewards.
