Automated phone system does not recognize my express service code and hangs up on me

I sent in my laptop to be repaired.  I want to actually speak to someone before I agree to pay $400 for repair.  When I call the phone number, I put in my express service code and it hangs up on me.  How can I get someone to call me back??
