Aurora R16, reliability, give me free12 month extension of the Premium Warranty

Dear Dell Customer Services,

I am writing to express my concerns regarding the reliability of my Alienware Aurora R16. This unit has now been repaired three times which is extremely disappointing given the premium nature of the product and the reputation Dell has built for quality and dependability.

As a long time customer who has owned several Dell laptops and PCs without issue, I find the repeated faults with this particular unit deeply concerning. While I appreciate the support I’ve received so far, the frequency of repairs has significantly eroded my confidence in this system.

My Premium Warranty is due to expire on June 14, 2025. Given the history of issues and for my peace of mind, I am requesting a 12 month extension of the Premium Warranty at no additional cost. I believe this is a fair request considering the ongoing inconvenience and disruption this system has caused.

I sincerely hope Dell stands by its commitment to customer satisfaction and product quality. I look forward to your positive response and a resolution that restores my confidence in the brand.

That will not happen.  If you want the extended warranty, you will need to purchase coverage.
