alienware sales contract went bad - who to talk to?

Hi there,

Please dont send me to sales in India!   In a nutshell, they are refusing to honor the terms of the original contract and are demanding I pay in full or return and repurchase the same laptop at a higher price.  I cant get anyone in the US to talk to me and everyone in India is "very sorry".

None of this makes sense to me because i have a sales contract for the purchase.   PLs help, right now its hard to recommend any Dell products based on this lack of support and lack of US based assistance.
