Alienware Aw720m , scroll wheel not working

I have an Alienware mouse, model AW720M. The scroll wheel is not working, and it is also not connecting to my PC via Bluetooth. It shows a light, and after a second, it blinks off.

My mouse is in warranty and I have bill ,box everything
