Alienware 18 - 3 months in service center

I have been lied to and deceived for 3 months and Dell cannot resolve the issue like a serious company. My Alienware 18 was taken to the service center three months ago. Every two weeks, the status changes to "waiting for parts.". They promised several times that the computer would be repaired and shipped, but it's still at the service center. I spent $3,000 and haven't had a computer in three months. If they don't have the parts, they should send me a new computer. Today the status changed again to "waiting for parts". They're not a reputable company.
