Address for Dell to Send Legal Notice?

Does anyone have the address to send a legal notice to Dell? Alienware M18R1 fully decked out with every box checked. 

Charger blew up within 2 weeks of receiving it, 2 motherboards replaced, RAM replaced. I am done with this company.

$4000 mistake. Hope this helps anyone looking for a gaming laptop with 4090 in it.

So, of course I had to reinstall Windows for the third time after receiving it back from shipping it to Dell for the second motherboard and this time in the attach picture where we pick Windows to be reinstalled from instead of "Windows", it now says "Wineows". 

Not sure whether to laugh or get mad. I wouldn't expect this from a company like Dell.

I'm in the same boat, fully decked out. My M18R1 and I paid nearly $5,300 for The laptop. I have had an issue since week 3 with owning the laptop. I probably have spent over 100 hours with tech support easily. Dell sent a technician to my house. He up and left and said the computer was working; however, on his drive home, he texted me an error image and told me when it happens to get back a hold of Dell support. Dell support said I needed to send the laptop to the depot so they could replace my motherboard and possibly a fan since the laptop, at this point, would not turn back on. The depot had my laptop over Christmas. I got home tonight from work as FedEx delivered it back to my house today. I opened the box; it was not even my laptop. To top it off, the power cord won't even charge the laptop sent to me. I tried turning the laptop on, and after a couple of minutes of the laptop thinking on the sign-in screen, it went to the home screen. Then, I started receiving notifications that the laptop had all these BIOS and driver updates and Windows errors. It was so frustrating to fight with Dell last year about these issues, and they can't even fix the main reason why I was asked to send it to the depot. No one ever told me I wouldn't receive my original laptop back. I just ended up with another. I give up.  

Did you figure out how to contact the legal department?

This answered my question, which requested an address, not the dell sales rules that mean nothing in cases of negligence or failure to perform. I am no attorney, but family member is retired supreme court justice.

<Soliciting other users to act is a violation as defined by Dell. Profanity is never allowed. Read the Forum Code of Conduct. DELL-Admin>

This also gives phone numbers and recommended actions. Ultimately, you have to give them an opportunity to fix. Maybe reason why M18 R2 was released so quickly?
