Account Not Showing Subscription for Support But it is Billed Monthly

My account does not list the monthly subscription for support that I have paid every month for two years.  I checked to see if I have a second account under the email used to purchase the laptop and service plan but Dell does not recognize that email. I need to access the subscription so I can cancel it.
