Accidental drop warranty?
Hi Dell,
I'm Lois from Ghana, and my cousin purchased this dell G15 for me in the late months of 2022 in UK. Right into the early months of 2023, the laptop couldn't turn on properly after an update. I sent it to repairs, and they told me the SSD had failed. I actually did nothing to the PC. All i did was to hit the "update and shut down" prompt, and started packing my bags. Once I saw that the laptop was off, I just closed it ,and put it into my bag. I got to my hostel, opened it to work, and i was getting some interface that was telling me something I couldn't comprehend. I fixed the PC at my own cost without any knowlegde of any warranty available. Just yesterday, my bag hit the ground quite hard, and I'm getting an error code of 155. I can't afford another ssd, please. That's why I'm requesting for a warranty. Please help, please. Thanks

The only warranty would be through Dell UK, and it won't cover accidental damage. You'll need to obtain a repair estimate from a local dealer or shop.
