had a call today about possible repairs to my computer. when I said no to the warranty - a ridiculous $470 or $600 yearly fee - he seemed mad and started to lecture me on how I should make my first inquiry clearer or more specific (or something). Thanks Dell. When my Alienware bites the dust, I can promise you that I will not purchase a Dell product again.
