2 hours on hold with support... No answer!
After calling today due to the antiquated ordering system of Dell not accepting my Payment and arranging a call back from sales within 4 hours. I waited 6 hours before calling again as I hadn't received the call back.
2 hours later, and having been reminded every minute or so that calls are answered in the order they are received, I hang up in disgust!!!
This is not customer support!
