15% cashback Rakuten is missing because Dell has not confirmed it.
Hello, I submitted a claim to Rakuten regarding a missing purchase,
but Rakuten replied that Dell has not provided any proof of purchase for my order.
The expected cashback amount is approximately USD 435, which is not a small amount.
Could you please check and confirm my purchase from Dell.com with Rakuten?

Finally dell did not react to raku and raku closes this without the proper cb.
Raku gave a bonus usd100 instead.
Gave up.
Good job both companies!

I've just received the usual reply from Dell: "Ask Rakuten." Yes, of course, I already did.
I'm not asking for the cashback right now. My concern is that the purchase/order has not been confirmed by Dell, which is something Rakuten has pointed out. Rakuten said that Dell must confirm this purchase before they can proceed with further steps.
If Dell never marks this order as "completed" or "valid," Rakuten cannot do anything.
Because it's not the valid order as their commercial system reported.
I paid, I've got the product, now all done, but my order is still not on your internal system as "valid".
I believe this is a simple issue. Please update my purchase status in your internal system that Rakuten related to "valid"
What's the problem here?

Rakuten always says: Dell does not confirm your purchase.
Dell always says: I don't care.
As my post, the first reply from Dell associate, I made a short discussion with, however as you all may imagine it was nothing. no meaning to spend your time to make discussion with Dell Associate.
The same reply repeating eternally, - Get help with Rakuten, it's not Dell's job.
I hope finally Dell will confirm my purchase in the future and Rakuten will get that confirmation and confirm the CB.
I found an article that a user had a CB 1years later than the purchase. very strange.
