12% cashback Rakuten is missing because Dell will not confirmed

Hi,

On May 18, I purchased an Alienware Aurora ACT1250, and at the time, there was a 12% cashback offer through Rakuten. Rakuten has informed me that they are waiting for Dell to confirm the purchase before they can process the cashback.

Could Dell please confirm the order with Rakuten so this issue can be resolved?

Any updates? I checked with Raktuen, and Rakuten says they reached out to Dell multiple times and haven't heard back. Let me know if you need my Order number through DM
